CANCELLATION POLICY
-Cancel/Reschedule 24+ hours: your deposit will carry over to one rescheduled appointment or you may request your deposit. -Cancel/Reschedule under 24 hours: a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. Your deposit is forfeited and will not carryover. -NO SHOWS: 100% OF THE SERVICE TOTAL WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE. ANY OUTSTANDING BALANCE WILL BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE A NEW APPOINTMENT MAYBE BE BOOKED.
